  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds for coating
  • 1 tbsp oil for brushing while roasting
For serving:
  • Julienned carrots cucumber, and green cabbage
  • Tomato sauce or any dip of your choice
